Jared
We did not start this way. We built an operating system to keep up with our own work, named it Jared, and it became the reason we do what we do.

A web studio that needed a back office.
Search began as a web services company. As the work grew, so did everything around it: clients, proposals, invoices, projects, conversations in five places and decisions that had to be remembered.
So we built ourselves an operating system. The first versions were rough. Each one taught us something, and in August 2026 we rebuilt it from a clean slate as the system we run on today.
Memory, then everything else.
The first thing Jared had to do was remember: every decision, every preference, every conversation, written down before any work started. Then it learned to route work to the right place, to run on our own servers in Los Cabos, and to give the whole team one place to work from, on a laptop or a phone.
A small team that moves like a much bigger one.
Months of versions, one clean rebuild.
- Early versionsNotes, scripts and a shared workspace. Useful, and messy.
- June 2026A redesign around memory and documenting everything automatically.
- August 2026Rebuilt from a clean slate, on our own server in Los Cabos, with a console the whole team can use.
- September 2026The pattern written down, so every client operating system starts from the same foundation.
- October 2026Our mission made permanent: build the system around the business, owned by the business.
One identity, one memory, the whole company.
Every decision and preference written down, and remembered across every conversation.
Work routed to the right agent, with one identity on top.
Running here in Los Cabos, on hardware we look after ourselves.
The same live work from a desk or a phone.
Every message and every action recorded automatically.
The standard every client operating system is built on.
The routine runs itself. People do the judgement.
Everything we learned, in every client's OS.
Jared is where we learned how to build an operating system around a business: start with how the work really happens, give the agent a memory, keep a person on every decision that leaves the building, and put the data and the accounts in the owner's hands.
Every client operating system we build starts from that. Lucky, Arido and Camellia are all, in a way, Jared's younger siblings, each built from zero for one business. And by design, we are the removable part: the client owns it all.
Bring the business as it is.
We'll tell you, honestly, what we would build first and what we wouldn't. No deck, no pitch.
